Shipping policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays). Processing begins once payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Origins VYTA products are fulfilled from our supplier based in the United States. Delivery timeframes are calculated from the US dispatch date.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • South Africa: 10–21 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of Africa: 14–28 business days after dispatch
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 10–18 business days after dispatch
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of World: 14–30 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. VYTA has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours of dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
